Job Summary:We are seeking a technically strong and commercially savvy Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence in the U.S. The ideal candidate is a former ESP field specialist or application engineer with hands-on experience in artificial lift systems, particularly ESPs, and has transitioned into a client-facing or commercial role. They will own account relationships, manage day-to-day communications, support ongoing POCs, and coordinate with our internal technical and product teams to ensure delivery and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts in the USA.
- Build strong relationships with field teams, engineers, and commercial stakeholders at client organizations.
- Coordinate all activities related to proof-of-concept deployments, including data acquisition, technical integration, and success tracking.
- Act as a local technical-commercial liaison, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and our delivery.
- Provide feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to improve features, address challenges, and enhance customer value.
- Support the rollout of commercial agreements post-POC and assist in scaling deployments.
- Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver customer success.
- Attend local industry events, customer meetings, and site visits as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in ESP operations, application engineering, or field troubleshooting.
- Prior field experience with artificial lift systems, preferably within service companies or operators.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Experience working with SCADA, VSDs, and ESP sensors is a plus.
- Commercial acumen to support sales efforts and contract discussions.
- Based in the USA and authorized to work without sponsorship.
