Algorithm Developer (Remote)

You will be working on transforming data into intelligence by developing innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and integrating them with cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Candidates must prove that they have the will, determination and ambition to be part of a team that's going to be the next Camel of the Middle East.


 Responsibilities:


- Design and implement scalable algorithms in a team environment
- Define specifications for productization and deployment
- Calibrate existing algorithms for various hardware configurations and nybl applications
- Self-identifies, troubleshoots and resolves issues found within product software.
- Independent analysis based on digital oilfield practices and technologies for field development planning and production optimization
- Design and execution of data acquisition programs (PVT, SCAL)
- Effectively communicate highly complex analytical concepts and insights to audiences outside the organization with varying degrees of expertise and leadership


 Requirements:


- BS or MS in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related discipline
- Strong analytical skills and sound business awareness
- Strong background in petroleum engineering with experience on Electrical Submersible Pumps- Experience with software development and product ownership is valued
- Experience with artificial lift design, diagnosis, and optimization for ESPs, SRPs
- Experience in machine learning, data analytics, deep learning, system modeling, and control systems is beneficial
- Working knowledge of commercial well testing, and nodal analysis software packages
- Proficiency in Excel VBA preferred but some programming experience in other languages will help
