About the Role
nybl is not for everyone and everyone is not for nybl. We place an enormous value on mindset and culture fit before skillset; simply because we can teach skills but mindset is innate. If you are a great judge of character and have an analytical mindset then you will thrive in this role. We don’t do micromanagement so expect to be empowered to do your best work and to be able to work independently on HR tasks and performance management planning strategy.
What you'll do
Provide insights and well thought out recommendations for day-to-day operational improvement
Identify company employee performance and development goals
Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per nybl’s objectives
Provide managers with insightful training practices to reach the established performance target goals
Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
Support all talent management and organisational design activities
The skills you'll need
Proven work experience within human resources
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Familiarity with labour law in the UAE and Saudi
Impeccable ability to analyse data
Knowledge of performance management tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
